My name is Brian Dowd. I’m a husband to Amy and dad to Colin and Patrick. I provide Assistive Technology Services to approximately 22 school districts in Southwestern Illinois.
I graduated from Illinois State University in 1985 with a BS in Education, (TMH in those days.) Upon graduation, I taught for the SPEED Cooperative in Chicago for 11 years before returning back to school. I received my Masters in Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville in 1999 and began provide assistive technology services to areas schools since that date.
